It´s time for another Mallorca wedding at Castillo de San Carlos.
The true is that I don´t know how to start to talk about this amazing wedding in Mallorca. But this amazing storie started with my dearest Alannah, the sister of the bride. She contacted me a lot of months before the wedding and she introduced me to Gabby & Ed.
Gabby & Ed are a London couple totally madly in love, full of energy and positivism. Always funny and surrounded by and incredible group of family and friends.
This amazing couple got married at Castillo de San Carlos in Palma de Mallorca.
This is a very old castle that was build to defend the maritime área of Palma, specially the zone of Porto Pi, which in the 17th century was the natural port of the city of Palma, from the continued attacks from pirates and barbarians that invaded the Mediterranean Sea. Now, this amazing castle is an incredible museum and incredible wedding venue for unique couples.
Gabby & Ed are definitely one of those couples that I will never forget.
The truth is that I must take off my hat before them and their friend and say to them thanks a lot for the trust, friendship and understanding they placed on me in such a special day for them.
In addition, we have to thank the whole team of the Castillo de San Carlos for everything. Of course, infinite thanks to Katja from Mallorca Boutique Weddings. She perfectly organized everything and as always she helped us during the whole day. It´s a real pleasure to work with incredible professionals like her.
Of course, I can´t forget my Javier Rojas for joining me, helping me throughout the wedding day.
An amazing Mallorca wedding
Photographing a Mallorca wedding is more than a normal wedding, it´s a unique experience.
The atmosphere that invades the couple, surrounds you and makes you partipate in each of the moments you are photographing. It´s amazing.
Erika and I, have been photographing a lot of weddings in Balearic Islands, specially in Mallorca because we are totally in love with the big Island. We have visited a lot of incredible Mallorca wedding venues , but Castillo de San Carlos is one of our favorite because is perfect for events memorable parties. Maybe you should ask to Essential Band and Heart and Colors, about the incredible partie hahaha. I think they enjoyed a lot, hahaha.
It was the first time we visited Castillo de San Carlos and the they before we went to the castle for checking all the different possibities. Definetelly, we were surprised so much!
An unforgettable wedding dress and Bridal team
The day started perfectly and Gabby and her bridal team was marvelous. The incredible Galia Lahav wedding dress was perfect for Gabby and It only added more and more ingredients to have an unforgettable wedding day.
Gabby and her bridal team were getting ready at Gran Hotel Son Net, an amazing hotel in the heart of Tramontana Hills in Mallorca. You can´t imagine, but when I opened the door of the suite and I found out all the Bridal team show, I was impressed: The light, the atmosphere, champagne, crazyness. It was like a dream,;)
